You’ll learn how to create and design characters, work on a story line, do mock ups and finish with an 11×17” comic book page. Art and science come together in this fun and creative art class that will connect them to the environment. Everybody, including girls and boys, dance the Samba during Carnival in Brazil—now you can too. Carnival is a celebration of life, dancing, music and fun. “Glow Girl” Poetry & Creative Movement Camp (Ages 5-12)

This performing arts program is an innovative approach to enriching the lives of young girls, fusing poetry presentation with creative movement. Special attention is paid to poise and posture, utilizing the basic techniques of ballet, modern dance, charm school fundamentals and wholesome aspects of character development. Students will develop eloquence, dignity, grace, a team approach, confidence and a healthy sense of self. This is a great group in which to make new friends.
